Wonder, by R.J Palacio

I like this book because of how the author made it so interesting to read from different people’s views.

This book is about a boy who didn’t want to go to school, he was called August and was different to everyone. He only went to school when he was ten and got bullied by a person called Julian, the biggest bully. Near the end August stood up for himself.

My favourite part in this book was the Justin chapter because, the author has made it different to all the others. I enjoyed it because Justin had something called tics which nobody had. It made Justin write without full stops or capital letters which made him different like August.

I would recommend this book to 9 year olds or over because I think they would enjoy it and learn from it a lot. I would think my nana and my mum would love this book because they like reading.

My rating for this book would be a five star because of how it is an odd book compared to all the others but in a good way I would read it over and over again. I also like this book because the author put all her enthusiasm into the story.
